MCP server, whiteboard tools and the mineral redesign

MVPurr is now an OAuth 2.1 protected MCP server. Claude Code and other clients register themselves, ask for consent once, and can read and update projects, tasks, docs, milestones, the calendar, builds and the Excalidraw board. The app also moved to the mineral design: limestone rail, week-grouped tasks, a collapsible pulse rail with the launch countdown, a dashboard with recent threads, and studio-wide Overview, Calendar, Milestones, Assets, Activity and Team pages.

Production

vinext, Cloudflare Email and AI Gateway

The web app moved from OpenNext to vinext and deploys to Cloudflare Workers with the cf CLI. The database stays on D1, collaborator invitations go out through Cloudflare Email Service from mail.mvpurr.com, and model calls are routed through an AI Gateway so usage is visible.

Product workspace and the AWS runner

Each project gained a Product view that queues AI builds and shows their progress and preview. Factory runs are persisted, and the OpenCode runner was deployed on AWS so builds execute in isolation from the app.

Factory control plane

Launched the first production version of the MVPurr software factory at app.mvpurr.com: GitHub authentication on D1, structured factory projects, realtime run state and verified production CI.

Known boundary

Queued builds waited for the isolated OpenCode runner gateway, which was connected the next day.

Every project got an Excalidraw whiteboard with AI diagram generation from a prompt, and the launch kit learned to render launch videos from templates.
