Terms of service

1. Early-access service

MVPurr, the project studio for indie builders, is provided by Recite Labs as an early-access service. Features may change, be incomplete or become unavailable while the product is being developed. The studio, the MCP server and the launch tools are in production; the isolated build runner is in early access for invited projects.

2. Your responsibilities

You must use the service lawfully, protect access to your GitHub account and to any agents you connect, and avoid submitting secrets, malicious instructions, regulated data or content you do not have the right to use.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of project briefs and other content you submit. You give MVPurr the limited permission needed to store and process that content to operate and improve the service.

4. Generated output

AI-generated tasks, documents, launch copy, diagrams, plans and code may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, licensing, security and deployment decisions before using generated output in production.

5. Availability and warranties

The early-access service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Access

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users or our infrastructure, or when these terms are violated.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top identifies the latest published version.
